Commercial Licences
Off-site support covers email and phone IT support. RIB is able to provide IT support coverage for 24 hours out of every business day. iTWO costX® & iTWO benchmark are supported by our network of local offices, while our standard business hours for iTWO cx support are Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30 AEDT. Dialling into any RIB office will give you access to all international offices at no additional cost. Our international support team is made up of both IT and quantity surveying professionals, allowing us to provide the highest level of support possible.
